Service Request

Service Requests will be attended to on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays only, except for emergency concerns, which will continue to be addressed as necessary, depending on the urgency of the concern and the availability of maintenance staff.

 

Kindly be guided by the following general conditions:


​

1. Service requests are limited to minor tasks, emergency responses, and troubleshooting only.


​

2. Residents are required to engage third-party contractors or service providers for architectural, structural, electronics, electrical appliances, and other concerns not included in the approved List of Services.

​

3. The scheduling of service requests will be determined according to the urgency of the issues and the availability of maintenance staff, as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.


​

4. All materials are excluded and shall be provided by the resident.


​

5. Technical and Engineering services are limited to a maximum of three (3) hours per household per day to accommodate other scheduled requests.


​

6. The FPA Maintenance Team may decline tree trimming or pruning requests due to equipment limitations or risk of property damage; residents are advised to engage a professional tree service contractor in such cases.​

​
